About the event
Join Cynergy and MaineGeneral as we go behind the scenes of healthy living!
Attendees will get a guided tour of the MaineGeneral facility as we learn about the design process and layout. After the tour, the group with gather in the Learning Kitchen and join Chef Ben to go over a few healthy living recipes that include: a stir fry and a sheet pan dinner. Guests will be walked though the presentation and benefits of smarter shopping, weekly meal preparation, and new flavor combinations.
